Hyatt Regency offered a quiet stay with excellent insulation. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing top-notch service. the food was excellent, the bed super comfortable, and everything very clean.

cheduling error led to extra night.

I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Regency. The suite was huge, the bed felt like a cloud, and the staff were exceptional. The location was perfect, with shops just across the road. I particularly liked the 2-bedroom suite, and the glass wall in the second bedroom allowed the kids to go to bed while still being able to see us watching TV. The shuttle service to Disneyland was convenient, and the hotel's high level of professionalism was evident when my nephew went missing. The entire hotel sprang into action to find him, and I was impressed by the speed and seriousness with which the staff handled the situation.

The room was nicely decorated and brand-new with a king size bed. The excellent Starbucks coffee made us feel like at home. Really enjoyed the pool bar.

While my stay was pleasant overall, there was a minor issue with an odd dripping sound that persisted throughout the night. Despite being a light sleeper, I managed to locate the source, possibly related to the cooling system, which may have caused a disturbance.

This place has a great location near the main gate area and offers an absolutely fantastic breakfast with a wide range of hot and cold dishes.

Thoroughly enjoyed the place and had a thoroughly enjoyable stay for a Disneyland vacation. The location of the hotel was central and just a short walk to a bakery and convenient store. The staff was highly professional and responsive. We could use wake up service and ironing free of charge.

Text: We were pleasantly surprised by the level of service at the hotel. On the first night, we noticed that our bed was squeaking and decided to inform the staff. To our amazement, within just an hour, they had replaced the entire bed frame and mattress with brand new ones. This level of responsiveness and attention to detail truly impressed us. The hotel also had stunning architectural elements, especially in the lobby, which created a brilliant, light, and airy atmosphere. We loved sitting there and taking in the beautiful surroundings. The rooms were comfortable and had good views, and we particularly enjoyed the flavored water dispensers throughout the hotel. They added a refreshing touch to our stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the outdated bathrooms in select rooms and the limited charging outlets, we still found the hotel well-maintained and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and charming atmosphere.

The room was a good size and had a comfy pullout sofa bed, a TV, and nice, bright white decor. The service here was amazing! The breakfast was really good, especially for the price paid. They also had bottled drinks available. 🥤
